Clevedon Swimmers were in action on Saturday 20th January in the first Cotswold Series gala of the year held at Wellington. A steady performance earned the squad 3rd place on the night. Final points were:

Individual race wins were notched up by India Thomas (2), Elliot Poulter, Bethan Clinton, Jamie Gould (2), Evey Carpenter and Ben Horner. It was an exceptionally good night for the relay squads with the following swimmers winning their races: Rebecca Parsons (2), Bethan Clinton (2), Emma Hopkins, India Thomas (2), Will Powell (3), Harry Thornton (2), Sam Thornton (2), George Harris, Dave Stewart (2), Gary Carpenter (2), Tom Riddell, Jamie Gould (2), Rory Crymble, Matthew Bray, Lee Hicks, Ben Horner, Sophie Fisher and Ryan Neath.

It was a great night for Jamie Gould who managed to win all four of his races on the night and for George Harris who swam the anchor leg of the winning Boys under 15 Medley relay despite being only 12 years old!

Pbs were achieved by Taylor Bennett, Calum Finch (2), Sophie Fisher, Jamie Gould, Ben Horner, Adam Ollis (2), Elliot Poulter (2), Vicky Smith (2), India Thomas. Patrick Trower, Liam Wakfield and Elizabeth Warnes.
